Project brief
You tell us what your business is, what problem the system solves, who will use it and what the main goal is. No jargon.
User stories
We describe each need as "As a [user] I want [action] so that [benefit]", with acceptance criteria and a high / medium / low priority.
Access & integrations
We define payments, automated emails, WhatsApp, connection with accounting or CRM, admin roles and hosting. With this we estimate and ship in increments.
